1988-1990: Attaché at the Embassy of the USSR in Thailand;
1990-1992: Third Secretary, Second Secretary at the Directorate of International Organizations;
1993-1996: Division Head, Department of International Organizations;
1996-2000: Senior Counsellor at the Permanent Mission to the UN;
2000-2003: Section Head, Department of International Organizations;
2003-2006: Deputy Director of the Department of International Organizations;
2006-2012: Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office and Other International Organizations (Geneva);
2012-2013: Director of the Department for Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights;
2013-2017: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;
Since July 2017: Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation at the United Nations;
Holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;
Awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, II class, the Order of Friendship, and the Order of Honour;
Married, with a son.
